30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: The return is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Original Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received — free from damage, odors, stains, or signs of use.
- Tags Attached: All original manufacturer and retailer tags must remain attached and intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid original receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after 30 days from the purchase date
- Items that have been used, washed, worn, or altered
- Items with removed or missing tags
- Items returned without a receipt or proof of purchase
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as non-returnable at time of purchase)
How to Return
- Ensure your item meets all eligibility requirements above.
- Bring the item, all original tags, and your receipt to any of our store locations — or contact us to initiate a return by mail.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
